Hi there,
As an independent writer, my journey has been an ever-evolving one. A brief yet impactful photojournalism stint in Colombia re-routed my path from theoretical research to investigative and interview-centric content. Despite these changes, humanism has always been at the heart of my work.
I paint people with words.
That guiding impulse eventually led me to Boğaziçi University in Istanbul, where I pursued postgraduate studies in international relations with a focus on Europe, Turkey, and the Middle East. The analytical rigor of studying foreign policy, paired with lived experience across multiple continents, has since informed a global writing practice. From Forbes to The World Financial Review to Modern Diplomacy, my work continues to explore complexity through clarity, translating multidimensional dilemmas into narratives that inform, challenge, and endure.
Over the past ten years, I've built a quiet but resilient editorial business, partnering with authors, academics, and institutions to develop meaningful, high-impact manuscripts worldwide. This year, that work enters a bold new chapter.
I'm thrilled to share the launch of a new imprint, Zeytin Press, an independent publishing house headquartered in London. Run by a tight team based in the city with international ties stretching from Latin America to the Middle East, Zeytin Press is built on a legacy of editorial craft and a belief in literary risk-taking. We aim to publish boundary-pushing books in literary fiction, memoir, and narrative reportage: stories that blur the line between lived experience and literary art. Our mission is to provide a home for writing that is stylistically daring, emotionally resonant, and rooted in the complexity of the human condition.
After a decade behind the scenes, 2025 marks the year we begin representing our first authors. Our inaugural call for queries will open soon. If you're writing a manuscript that defies easy categorization or brings an international, psychologically astute lens to the page, we'd love to hear from you.
